5 NEW RESTAURANTS TO TRY IN THE EAST BAY | MARCH 2017

    Hi guys!

A lot of new restaurants are coming to the East Bay soon and I am so so excited for them to open! Especially for all of us who live in the east bay, why? Because we don't have to drive all the way to San Francisco for good food anymore :)

    1. Momo's Walnut Creek -  Momo's is an American bar type of restaurant that just opened in Walnut Creek in February. The restaurant space is huge and does not look like your average bar restaurant. They have amazing drinks and the food is delicious too - I highly recommend the skirt steak skewers and their huge variety of pizzas!

    2. Poke Eatery -  New location for Poke in Hayward/Castro Valley area just opened in the Lake Chabot Public Market. What I love about this place is the salmon, tuna and hamachi is really really fresh and you can get a bunch of different sides with it - including mango!

    3. Ono Hawaiian BBQ - This is THE PLACE if you are looking for something quick, cheap and delicious. They just opened in Oakland and they serve Hawaiian inspired food. My favorite thing to get is the Crab Ragoons - seriously the perfect fried snack!

    4. Koja Kitchen - They are opening soon in downtown Walnut Creek where "Citra Grill" used to be and I CANNOT wait. They serve a unique variety of Korean-Japanese inspired sandwiches with braised meats and the most unique thing they do is using garlic rice buns instead of bread for their sandwiches! I also LOVE their Kamikaze fries too. Check out their menu here.

    5.  Chalogy Tea Bar & Cornology - This cute little spot is located in downtown Walnut Creek. Chalogy serves a variety of boba drinks, crepes, and even PAN ROLLED ICE CREAM. Cornology is in the same store, and they have a bunch of flavors for their fresh popcorn - caramel, movie popcorn, truffle parmesan, chocolate drizzle, etc.
